Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") carefully before utilizing the website inboxpure.com (the "Service") operated by Inbox Pure ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. Agreement to Terms. By accessing or employing the Service, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through inboxpure.com, you ("User," "you," or "your") hereby signify your explicit agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. Should you dissent from any provision of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing or accessing the Service.
1.2. Capacity to Contract. By engaging with the Service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with Inbox Pure and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

INBOX PURE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
4.2. No Warranties. NEITHER INBOX PURE NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH INBOX PURE MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, NEITHER INBOX PURE NOR ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH INBOX PURE REPRESENTS OR WARRANTS THAT THE SERVICE, ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, THAT OUR SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL OTHERWISE MEET YOUR NEEDS OR EXPECTATIONS.
4.3. Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL INBOX PURE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
5. Termination of Service
5.1. Termination by Inbox Pure. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Any provision of these Terms which by its nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
5.2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Inbox Pure, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Service or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, your User Contributions, any use of the Service's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms, or your use of any information obtained from the Service.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Service and these Terms of Service, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Service shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Delaware, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Service in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
8. Miscellaneous Provisions
8.1. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
8.2. Waiver. No waiver by Inbox Pure of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Inbox Pure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
8.3. Entire Agreement. The Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Inbox Pure regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
